“Bikini Crash Course” is my original training program I personally applied to train for life and casually compete in fitness competitions for years.
This program is a comprehensive guide that details your life for four weeks. Although this program is designed to be a fast track to getting bikini-ready, it’s really a program to help you change your lifestyle and discover things about your body you never knew.
You can use this program to prepare yourself for an event you have in a month, or you can stay on this program for four months and end up adapting it as a lifestyle.This program includes four weeks of daily workouts, four weeks of a unique meal plan, a grocery list, supplements list, and a foods to avoid list.
Labor Pains is a program born from my burden to share stories of struggle.
